Those who care for others, whether they're ageing or with a disability, are fluent in patience, love and hard work.

But they also know exhaustion and discouragement intimately.

Are you one of these people?

When so much of your time is spent caring for another's needs, there is so little time left to check for the types of community assistance and support that are available, help that would really make a difference to your life and the needs of the one for whom you care.

We know you- your on-going care and also your needs. And we want to make your life just a bit easier.

That's why we're making those connections for you.

Drop-In Centre

Our doors are open to you. If you need someone to talk to, need some advice or just to relax for a moment with a cup of coffee, you're very welcome.

Resource Centre

If you don't know where to go for help or whether help is available to you, we can walk you through it, provide you with some answers or link you with someone who can assist.
